Finnabair inspired canvas reworked

Hi everyone hope you are all okay and having a crafty time
preparing for Christmas.
.
This was the original which had a lot of layers and the
base had a translucent.
So i gessoed it all with white gesso and allowed to dry.
Next came spraying with Lyndy's stamp gang moonshine sprays.
Followed by a bit of dry brushing with a mix of Deco arts Prussian
blue hue mixed with media tinting base.
Layers of white gesso were dry brushed to highlight the swirls on the
canvas base.
The photo below shows how it lifts the swirls off the canvas.
The following photo's show the dry brushing, over the main focal point
of the canvas.
Another photo.
I really enjoyed altering this. Work had asked me to do a piece for
our office wall so it will now be hanging up on our art wall.
I hope you have all enjoyed my piece today please feel free
to let me know what you think.
Cheers Dee. x

Wow, your canvas is absolutely gorgeous. I love the soft colors and the layering of the elements is awesome. Your canvas was beautiful before - but as a blue gal - I love the end result. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, it is amazing how a change of colour can make such a difference to a piece. The original was lovely but your reworking made it stunning.
