Today I have been inspired by The artistic stamper creative team challenge
so thought I would join in. so here is my one.
lots of Fresco finish paints in every variety of blue.
glitter paste
Embossed Tim Holtz sea horse
lots of treasure gold
Plenty of Bling!
all backed onto a grunge pasted tag over painted with fresco finish paint,
& a little bit of froth on top.
