Top Hats & Moustaches over at Sandee & Amellie steam

Hi everyone I hope you are well I have for you today
the latest Challenge over at SanDee & amelie's
Steampunk Challenges.
as you can see from the title the theme this month is
Top Hat's & Moustaches.
I stamped a Katzelkraft stamp steamkatz onto
a naturel, noir, & brun bistre coloured card.
I then glued it onto a Tando Creatives chipboard circle.
I had stamped the three men onto to a separate piece
and tore each man out and used them as segments.
I tore a piece of faux leather that I had made in an
Andy Skinner online workshop (timeworn).
I placed this across the lower half of the circle.
Next I used Deco art antiquing creams to give a patina
effect and sealed the edges with gold
embossing powder.
all of the above was mounted onto a Tando creative clock
that had been given a time worn look
by both Deco art sand texture paste, patina made form
Antiquing cream and
embossing powder.
All the above was backed onto a piece of foam board with
a compass focal point in the centre.
why not pop over and take a look at the other
team members piece's of inspiration
for Top Hat's & Moustaches
That's it for today folk's.

This is WONDERFUL Dee. You steampunk gals are just so creative... I love seeing your projects. This one I really like because it's a bit on the tame and elegant side - not so far out!!! So interesting the way you tore the men and placed them. Really super creation.

AND... wow - congratulations! What fun to demo at the Mixology gathering. A bit nervous is good - you will be a great hit! ENJOY!! j.
