Steam punk Angel

Hi everyone its Challenge time over at Sandee & Amelie's
Steam Punk Challenge Blog. This is a November
& December one and the theme is
Anything goes!
For my post I used Tando creative media Board, I just
love these to work on. I put Deco Art Media
modelling paste through a stencil.
Once dry I painted it with Stone Fresco Finish  Paint.
I dropped a small amount bistre & Lindy's Stamp
gang magicals on the stencilled area and
spritzed with water.
The Angel was stamped onto bistre coloured paper cut
out and the bodice was painted with
The clock was stamped onto a Tando circle and gilded
with treasure gold.
Cogs come from a die cut and embossed to create an
uneven surface.
Edges finished of with media crackle paste painted and
swiped with treasure gold.
That's it for today why not pop over and play along with us
& if you have never tried steam punk give it a go
you never know you might win,
Would be great to hear what you think
of my angel so don't feel shy
leave a comment or two,
Cheers Dee!

This is a beauty - love how the Bistre + Lindy spritz works over the texture, and the gilded edging to the stamped elements is so cool.

So great to meet you last weekend (seriously, a whole week gone? how did that happen?!)

Awesome sauce design Dee! Your work with the stamps and EP are magical! Stunning colors and textures. Wowzers! What stamp was used for the body of your gorgeous Steampunk angel? We have a question over on the SASPC blog about the stamp. Hugz. ~Niki
