Stamp cover for myself

Hi everyone I am showing you a stamp holder I made using 2 canvasses and some large circle 

binders . I used a clock stencil from Deli art along with home made stamped parchment paper using stamps from Stamperia.

I used crackle paste along with modelling paste I also used further stencils over the base i used a written stencil you can just see below.

I used Andy Skinners Time warp stencil also seen above I used Lindy's stamp gang sprays and antiquing cream from Deco Art.

I love how the inks find their own path over the surface and highlight all the different textures.

I really enjoyed making this album and made further onset store my stamps. The stamps used and stored in here are #Dali Art and Stamperia.

Dee's very personal journey into Journals

Hi everyone Dee here with a post about my Journals this is a very personal post if you just want to look at the journals thats okay. I was never really into journalling but late last year my mother had a couple of strokes and I thought I would like to remember bits so I started keeping a small journal about funny and sad things. The pages are the green ones and the collection at  the base of this post. 

Following on from that at the end of March this year I was told I had a large brain tumor I am very lucky they removed it in July I had a few complications but am well on the way to recovery and as I couldn't tell my mum I wrote it all down in my journals . As I now forget things even more than before I made the book below to write down all the new changes about me that I will need to tell the doctors when I see them at the end of the month.  

This Journal I made years ago and never used it I loved it but didn't journal so this became my medical journal with all the appointments and medical bits recorded.

This little book/journal I made for Andy Skinner Design Team and this one keeps a list of all my medical appointments.

Tando Mini Album by Dee

Hi everyone Dee here with a Mini Album that I did for Hochanda TV. 

I have had trouble uploading the pictures but found a way round it this 

morning.

Unusual colour pallet for me but loving it all the same.

I used a clay heart coloured with infusions. 

Tim Holtz Photobooth photo's and Stampers Anonymous classics set 14 & 15

completed the look.

A Play With Lava Paste & Embossing Powders By Dee Adams

Deco Art Premium Acrylic painting

Hi every one Dee here with an acrylic painting using Deco Art premium 

acrylic paint. Layers of paint were applied using a paint brush and 

a palet knife.

  

I used a wet cloth to wipe back the layers below and then would add further 

layers till I was happy with the outcome.

I used Prussian Blue, Carbon Black, titan White, Raw Sienna, along with 

gloss medium. 

In this one you can see the silver through the divide the pictures do not do it justice.

The inspiration for this painting came from an artist called 

Künstlerstreich

Halloween journal pages

Hi everyone I treated myself to Tim's new Halloween Stamps and managed to get a play in my craft room this afternoon. I have ended up with 2 journal pages that I am happy with.

I used Deco Art Timeless chalky paint over texture paste and crackle paste that had been put through

The Halloween stencil along wit France Papillon's stencil. I used the harlequin stencil from Tim's collection and distress ink was put through it as well.

A piece of wadding was coloured with inks and glued under the pumpkins and the pumpkins were attached above it. A touch of treasure gold was used to highlight area's. I also used a Crafters Workshop stencil for the writing and a clay clock Tim's cobwebs stamps and the new pumpkin.

This is the page from my giant Journal.

For the next page I used Timeless chalk finish paint and Everlasting as well, A bit of bister was used to highlight the texture paste that had been put through the clock stencil from Dehli art.

Tim's halloween stencil was used as well, and crackle paste was put through it. The harlequin stencil has distress ink put through it.

The skeleton was stamped onto white card and fussily cut and then stuck onto the page the pumpkin was cut out and placed onto of the skeleton.
